Bridge of Hope Health Service offers visits both in-person and over secure video via Spruce Health.
> Please allow yourself additional time prior to your visit to connect to the platform. Please have Spruce Health downloaded to your phone or log in to your account online.
Spruce Health is completely private, secure, and HIPAA compliant. We pay for this top-notch service and have no privacy concerns.
Here are the main points with Spruce Health:
You will be seen virtually through your phone/tablet/computer.
You will download the Spruce Health application one time to your device. If you prefer to access Spruce online, you can do so by logging in here.
Your provider will send an invite/alert to your device at your appointment time, and you click the link to start the meeting. Make sure you are logged into your Spruce application so you are prepped.

- Your provider will complete your visit as usual, including medication refills, collecting copay/coinsurance, and scheduling a follow-up appointment.
- You will continue to pay your typical copay, coinsurance, deductible, etc., but there are some exceptions to this, of course, and we will monitor all claims and adjust as needed.
- Please do your part to limit the spread of illness by staying home or wearing a mask in public if you need to go out. If you are scheduled for an in-person visit, and you are symptomatic, your appointment will be changed to telemedicine.
- Telemedicine has provided increased access efficiency, requires much less travel time, and can be done in a safe, effective manner. Spruce Health is the perfect platform for a secure and effective telemedicine visit with your provider. We look forward to seeing you soon!
