Admissions
Getting started is simple. We move quickly so you can get support right away.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Reach Out
Call us or submit a form online. We’ll follow up as soon as possible (often the same day) to learn more about your situation.
Step 2: Intro Call & Pre-Screen
We’ll schedule a brief phone screening, often the same day or within 1–2 days. This includes questions about substance use, mental health, living situation, medical needs, and current life circumstances.
Step 3: Quick Decision
After your screening, we’ll let you know if you’re approved—typically within a few hours, and always by the end of the day.
Step 4: Assessment & Start of Care
If approved, we’ll schedule your in-person assessment. For many clients, treatment begins as soon as they come in.
