Bridge of Hope Launches New Night Program for Working Professionals

For many individuals seeking support for mental health or substance use, finding a program that fits into an already busy schedule can feel overwhelming. Work, family responsibilities, and daily commitments often make traditional daytime treatment options difficult to access.

That is why Bridge of Hope is introducing a new option designed with flexibility in mind: evening IOP three nights a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-8:30pm at our center in Portland, Oregon.

A New Night Program Designed for Real Life

Starting May 11, 2026, Bridge of Hope will offer a Night Program tailored for individuals who need effective care without stepping away from their daytime responsibilities.

This program is designed for those seeking lower levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient treatment services. By offering evening sessions, participants can prioritize their mental health and recovery while maintaining their daily routines.

Built for Working Professionals

The Night Program is designed for people balancing multiple responsibilities. Whether you are working full-time, managing a household, or transitioning back into a routine, this program provides a practical path forward.

Key features include:

  • Evening schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 PM
  • Smaller, more personalized group sizes
  • A structured and supportive environment

This approach allows participants to receive meaningful care in a setting that is both accessible and manageable.

Outpatient and IOP programs can be valuable options for individuals who:

  • Do not require inpatient care
  • Are stepping down from a higher level of treatment
  • Need ongoing support while maintaining independence

With evidence-based approaches and a supportive clinical team, the Night Program offers structure and consistency while allowing participants to remain engaged in their daily lives.

Bridge of Hope provides a welcoming and professional setting designed to support growth and recovery. Group spaces are designed to encourage connection, and the overall environment promotes focus and comfort.

Participants can expect guided group discussions, support from experienced clinicians, and a community-centered approach to care.
